Hajah Nora is a counsellor, Mental Health and Addiction Coach also active motivational speaker, earned her Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management at Staffordshire University. She is determined to continue her path to assist & empower other individuals. She graduated from UBD with a Master’s degree in Counseling, and has worked with individuals (adolescents, teens & adults), couples, and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation (JAPEM and KRK). She has experience in several areas including divorce, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, infidelity, employment issues, and in working with persons who have experienced trauma such as sexual and/or physical abuse, and neglect. She has an appreciation in working with couples and parents to resolve family and relationship issues that may require therapy. Hajah Nora's counselling approach is CBT/REBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy among other modalities.
